We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may be subject to a charge of up to the full appointment fee, reflecting the clinical time reserved and any loss incurred by the Clinic. If we are able to reallocate the appointment and thereby reduce our loss, this will be taken into consideration.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Patients arriving more than 5 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment, or more than 10 minutes late for a 50-minute appointment, will not be seen and the full appointment fee will remain due.
This policy is necessary to prevent delays to subsequent appointments and to ensure that every patient receives their full allocated consultation time and the standard of care and service we aim to provide.
