Repeat Prescription Policy
At Holistic Gynaecology Clinic London, existing patients may request a repeat prescription for ongoing treatment previously prescribed by our clinic, without booking a consultation, where clinically appropriate.
Fee and payment
A fee of £20.00 per repeat prescription applies when a prescription is requested outside a consultation.
Payment is required before the prescription is issued. This fee covers the prescription service only. The cost of medication and any pharmacy dispensing or delivery charges are separate.
Clinical approval
All requests are subject to review and approval by Dr Nele Dumpert. A prescription can only be issued when it is safe and appropriate to continue treatment.
A follow-up consultation, blood tests or other monitoring may be required before a further prescription can be provided. Any consultation or investigation fees will be explained separately.
Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If we cannot issue your prescription after payment, we will refund the £25.00 prescription fee.
How to request a repeat prescription
Please contact the clinic with:
- Your full name and date of birth.
- The medication name, strength and current dose.
- How much medication you have remaining.
- Any changes to your health, other medicines, allergies or side effects since your last consultation.
Please request your prescription well before your medication runs out. We will confirm the expected processing time when we receive your request.
This service is for routine requests and does not provide urgent or emergency care.
